INVITATION AND RSVP MANAGEMENT -
£250.00 up to 120 guests, thereafter £20 per extra 10 guests
If you find that
you are struggling to find enough hours in the day we can manage your invitation
and guest list for you. We will:
- meet with you and arrange a handover of the guest list information and invitations
(if you have already ordered them - if you haven’t we can advise on stationery companies to use)
- order invitations and proof them (if not already ordered and proofed)
- send out invitations following your guest list
- Record and send out to you on a weekly basis your guest list responses including dietary requirements, travel/accommodation requirements, child care requirements etc
- Act as a primary contact for guests and chase non-replies
- When the guest list replies are complete - hand over the information back to yourselves so that you can organise your seating plan etc
