The majority of our weddings are held at private residences in marquees; quite often in the garden(s) of the family home.

Hiring a marquee can be a daunting prospect and there are many points to factor in when holding a marquee reception.  This service is for those who plan on having a marquee reception/ceremony; who wish to organise the wedding themselves but would like the help and re-assurance as to the quality of their supplier and the security of having their day professionally managed.  We will:

• Upon hire, carry out a site visit with regards suitability, accessibility and different options available
• Attend initial marquee and caterers meeting
• Provide a fact sheet of points to remember when choosing suppliers (we are happy to recommend suppliers)
• On the day itself, we will provide an experienced planner for 10 hours to oversee the timings and management of your wedding suppliers
