FULL PLANNING SERVICE - 10% of budget (£3,000 min fee)

We all lead busy lives and the length of time it takes to plan a wedding should never be underestimated.  Your weekends and evenings are consumed by attending wedding shows, meeting suppliers and visiting venues to find that perfect setting, along with trawling through wedding magazines for ideas and inspiration.  The time of your engagement should be fun and filled with excitement but it can lead to stress and the feeling of being out of your depth.

Essentially, this service does the hard work for you; after an initial meeting (at a location of your choice), we recommend our suppliers who are used and trusted by us on a regular basis and who we feel are best suited to your wedding.  We will:

• Provide a working budget detailing supplier payment schedules
• Provide a planning report showing the status of the planning process
• Compile mood boards to show ideas of how your wedding can be styled
• Manage the entire planning stage and all suppliers including styling the venue on the day to fit your theme/style
• Attendance at all supplier meetings where required
• Unlimited email/telephone support and meetings at the venue
• Preparation of production schedule for the day (forwarded to all suppliers/venue) incs any directions/maps, uniform/clothing stipulations and any other specific instructions
• Attendance by 2 experienced planners on the wedding day for up to 16 hours
